Today i have 2 sweet features for you guys. Starting with the Minecraft Verification feature:

You can now verify your user’s Minecraft accounts without the need for sketchy methods like requiring the user’s email address. Simply ask them to join the verification server via verify.cookie-api.com or mc.cookie-api.com and that’s it. It’s very easy both for you and the user. You don’t even need to worry about if you got the right Minecraft version: the server is compatible from 1.7 (we recommend at least 1.8 though) to the latest version. This only works for the Java edition and not the Bugrock Bedrock edition. We plan to make it also work with the Bedrock version but it’s the Bedrock edition which is different. The cherry on top of that is that you can connect your own domain for completely no charge at all! The cherry on top of the cherry is that the domains you use for the Minecraft server don’t even take any of your domains slots. Feel free to connect as many domains as you want. You will find a guide on how to do that here: https://docs.cookie-api.com/en/guides/custom_domains/minecraft Do note though that the Server has an anti cheat. You won’t get banned permanently but it will ban you depending on the cheat type up to 1 hour. I know how tempting it can be to use Wurst client etc. but let’s not ruin the fun for everyone. The map does have some secrets 🤫

In addition to that we also added a YouTube video downloader endpoint. You can download videos up to 1 GB for now (doesn’t count towards your storage limit. That may change in the future though.) The endpoint allows you to download up to 4k quality. (there is no need to download those 16k videos 💀🙏). The videos will be stored for 7 days.

We also added a guide for a Transcript command using BotWiz, Domain guides both for Minecraft and Transcript V1. We also restructured the docs a bit and added a button to scroll at the top of the page and removed the premium section. You may experience new elements not being colored right with the accent color. We will fix that soon.

We have also fixed some bugs including the guild info endpoint and the group sale endpoint.

This Update is quite small and that’s because we are working in the background on a far bigger thing. Stay tuned! 👀
