Adding a custom domain to your Transcripts

Section titled “Adding a custom domain to your Transcripts”

  1. Add your Domain on the Dashboard

    Section titled “Add your Domain on the Dashboard”

    Navigate to the DNS page and click on ‘Add Domain’:

  2. Enter your Domain

    Section titled “Enter your Domain”

  3. Section titled “Navigate to your DNS Manager”

  4. Add a CNAME record

    Section titled “Add a CNAME record”

    Click on ‘Add record’ and select the type ‘CNAME’.

  5. Add the parameters

    Section titled “Add the parameters”

    Add the following parameters:

    DNS ParameterValue
    NameChoose the name your provided above
    Targettranscript-v1-hosting.cookie-api.com
    Proxied (CLOUDFLARE ONLY)Your choice. We recommend to keep it enabled

  6. Click on ‘Add Domain’
